Abstract
Myositis ossificans is known as a benign pathology which causes ossification within muscles and soft tissues. Myositis ossificans due to trauma is seen most often in the extremities. It can also rarely be seen in the maxillofacial region. In this article, we report a 38-year-old male patient with myositis ossificans due to trauma in temporal region along with the literature.
