Abstract
Fractures of the mandibular condyle constitute a significant number of the mandibular fractures. Due to a number of classification schemes in use and difficulties in classification it is challenging to compare the outcomes of open versus closed treatment modalities. Open reduction and internal fixation may produce good results in selected cases. In this article, we report a 58-year-old male patient with bilateral mandibular condyle fracture treated with open reduction and internal fixation.
