Abstract

As nose is one of the most prominent structures of the face due to its anatomical feature, it is frequently subjected to trauma and skin cancers. Multiple aesthetic subunits, convexity and concavity make the reconstruction of nose more difficult. The defects of the nose that are over 1.5 cm must be repaired with complex flaps and grafts. In this article, we present a 58-year-old male case treated with nasal dorsal glabellar flap which has more satisfactory aesthetic results and less complication rates in repairing large defects.
